Wichita Weekend: Mental Health Awareness Month

Take a listen below as we kickoff Mental Health Awareness Month with a conversation with Eric Litwiller, Director of Development and Communications with the Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas. The MHA has been in our community for 64 years driving the conversation about Mental Health. Although Mental Health should be a focus year round, May is a time to remind ourselves and others to reach out to people and make the community aware of the broad scope that our community faces along with providing resources. Over the last year alone, suicide rates are up 70%. Visit www.mhasck.org/ for more information and resources.
