Breaking News: One female suspect is dead and three deputies have been wounded in a shooting after a car chase about five miles north of Winfield. All three officers are said to be in stable condition.
The officers were pursuing a suspicious vehicle and the woman who died was a passenger in that car. The officers are being treated at a hospital in Wichita. The shooting occurred at US-77 and 122nd RD.
