Meghan Markle Did The Most Relatable Thing At Capsule Collection Launch

The Duchess Of Sussex Launches Smart Works Capsule Collection

Meghan Markle is officially back to work after taking maternity leave this summer. The Duchess of Sussex's first official appearance since welcoming baby Archie was at the launch of her Smart Works clothing collection. Meghan partnered up with a number of retailers including Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Jigsaw and designer Misha Nonoo, to bring the Smart Works capsule collection to life. The line, which is full of workwear wardrobe staples, will benefit Smart Works with every purchase. For each item purchased, one will be donated to the charity, which helps dress and coach women while they search for employment.

Not only did Meghan wear items from the collection herself to the launch, she also made a speech about why this project means so much to her. She told the audience she hopes this project helps build a community of women supporting other women. She also encouraged onlookers to help build each other up in all aspects in life, instead of tearing each other down.

This message was clearly well received. When Meghan had to leave the event a bit early to feed baby Archie, she was encouraged to get back to her 4-month-old son. Royal reporter Roya Nikkah captured the sweet moment in a tweet, saying Meghan told the women "I've got to get back to the baby, It's feed time." New moms everywhere will relate to Meghan's desire to get back to her son, especially after just spending her first weekend away from him to cheer on Serena Williams at the U.S. Open.

Though Archie hasn't made any official public appearances with his parents since right after he was born, royal watchers speculate Meghan and Prince Harry will bring him to some of their events during their upcoming tour of South Africa.
