Justin Bieber & Ed Sheeran Tease Secret Project

The boys are back!

Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran are up to something and it looks like it could be a music collab.

On Wednesday (April 24), Ed's manager, Stuart Camp, posted a photo of the 28-year-old singer standing in front of a green screen while staring at the camera. "This guy! Something is happening," he captioned the post.

It didn't take long before fans realized that Stuart's caption and photo was an almost exact replica of a post Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, posted just last week. "This guy! Something is happening. Love it," Scooter captioned the similar photo of Justin staring at the camera in front of a green screen.

Clearly, something really is happening! While it's not clear what exactly that something is, a source close told The Blast the two stars ā€” who have worked together before, Ed co-wrote Justin's 2015 single "Love Yourself" ā€” are definitely working on a new project together. However, the insider remained tight-lipped when asked if it was new music.

The timing of a possible music collab between the two artists would be pretty perfect, given Justin's recent return to the stage. After a two-year hiatus, the 25-year-old singer hit the Coachella stage for a surprise performance during Ariana Grande's Weekend Two headlining set.

After performing his 2015 hit "Sorry," Justin even told the crowd new music was on the way. "I havenā€™t been on stage in like, two years. I came out here, I had no idea I was going to be on this stage tonight. Absolutely no idea," he admitted. "I had to get my groove back, I had to get my swag backā€¦ And by the way ā€“ album coming soon."

Guess we'll have to wait and see!
