Where does Kansas rank in obesity rates?

Some states have high obesity rates, some states don't have that problem.  Where does Kansas rank?  Unfortunately, according to 24/7 Wall St, the Sunflower State is the seventh highest state in the US when it comes to obesity.

The study is based on the adult obesity rate (34.2%), adults who are overweight and obese (68.0%), adults who don't exercise (26.5%) and premature deaths per 100k (344).

What does that mean, Kansas?  Let's put down our cheeseburger and let's hit the gym!!
